ILLUSTRATIONS OF
Laura Scarpa – Venice (1957). After living in Milan for a long time, she now lives and works in Rome. She is a comic book author, illustrator, editor and lecturer. In February 2012 she founded the non-profit Cultural Association ComicOut, which deals with the dissemination and study of comics, of which she is president. Edits the print magazine “School of Comics” (after “ANIMAls” and “Blue”). She directs and founds the first online school of comics: A School of Comics Online. She is the author of numerous series and books.
