The death of a master is an opportunity to distill his or her teachings and thought, the first step in handing it down to posterity. With this spirit Enrico Baleri writes his “Beads,” short stories dedicated to great figures in design and culture who have left us, and sometimes to projects, organizations or institutions.

Stories experienced in the first person, from the privileged point of view of someone who has lived that story and wants to share it with the reader, giving him the illusion of being a protagonist with him.

Followed by a passionate audience on Facebook, these stories now take the form of a book, accompanied by a preface by the author. With a style that is clear, sometimes ironic, and always modulated to the character being told, Baleri delivers small treasures, which together go on to write an important piece of Italian history.
