Grant 2024 winning artist: Davide Monteleone

Davide Monteleone photographer and researcher whose work ranges from image making to visual journalism and writing. He is particularly concerned with geopolitics, geography, identity and the relationship between Power and individuals. A regular contributor to magazines such as “Time Magazine,” “The New Yorker,” “National Geographic,” and “The New York Times,” his works are regularly shown in installations and exhibitions at prestigious venues such as Saatchi Gallery (London), Nobel Peace Center in Oslo, MEP in Paris. Among his numerous awards: National Geographic Fellowship (2019), Asia Society Fellowship (2016), Carmignac Photojournalism Award (2013), EPEA Award (2012), European Publisher Award (2011), and several World Press Photo.

CURATOR
DENISCURTI – Curator of exhibitions and photography reviews, journalist, photography critic and author of several books, he was, among other things, director of the Turin Photography Biennial, the Contrasto agency and the Capri Photography Festival.
